Valerie Barrow passed from the mortal coil on 30 June 2022. A private cremation was held, and, as per Valerie’s wishes, a public event was held at Dormie House, Moss Vale, one month later. On 29 July 2022, more than 70 persons assembled at Dormie House to participate in the commemoration of the life and works of Valerie Barrow. A video was prepared of this event.
Thanks are offered to Anthony Young (MC), Brett Cubit, Abbey Cubit, John Barrow, Jill and Ron Young, Chris Parnell, and Glen and Jenny Cubit for their contributions and efforts in preparing this event, presenting a superb celebration. The conclusion given by Glen and Jenny Cubit is that Valerie Barrow’s work will go forward, to continue to motivate, inspire and inform those who seek to uplift humanity to an age wherein all will sit down and discuss their differences with one another, and never lift a weapon to settle differences. Valerie was a messenger of the coming age of peace for all humanity. Those who knew her experienced her love and peace that the world cannot give.
