John Barrow was born on 6 January 1929 in Shenfield, Exeter. His father was a barrister and it was proposed that John follow his father’s footsteps into the legal profession. World War II intervened and John was sent north for his welfare. He was later to join National Service in the Royal Fusiliers – City of London Regiment. John was to see service in the Malaya emergency, and thereafter, served in the Tower of London. Completing his term of National Service, John worked in Southeast Asia, in Indonesia, Malaysia and frequently, in Hong Kong.

Spiritual

We look to the spiritual dimension of John’s life. Readers will know that Valérie had a soul exchange on top of the mountain on Lord Howe Island and a new mission commenced in her life. At that point, when Valérie had this soul exchange, John was to know that there was change in his soul contract, as help-mate, soul-mate and support for Valérie in her life’s work. It was after this event that John was to receive many messages from the spirit world channelled by Valérie. John began receiving his own messages from ‘Upstairs’. He received a significant message from White Eagle about being the “banker” – the very same message Sri Sathya Sai Baba was to give to Valérie. John was to be the “banker”!

After the experience on Lord Howe Island, Valérie went on to say,

John and I are both ‘walk-ins’ as the term is often used, and we have a Mission.

Valérie was a medium, so John was familiar with channelling from White Eagle, Alcheringa, Archangel Mikael, and most of all, Cosmic Sai Baba.

Valérie was to soon commence tracing the many lives she and John had together – among the Star Peoples, in distant constellations and on Earth. Many will know that Valérie was on the Mothership Rexegena, and in fact she was partner to the commander, Alquaringa. This mothership with its crew of 50,000 was betrayed and shot down over Moldavia, and very few – I recall Valérie told that only 90 of the star peoples on board – managed to escape in scout ships and eventually landed in a place near Gosford, Australia, the place known as Kariong. That incident happened 900,000 years ago. Keep in mind that the Earth was in another dimension, and time moves differently in the higher dimensions. We have been told that time is faster in the 4th and 5th Dimensions. Valérie was suspicious of carbon-dating and often shared that time was faster in the higher dimensions.

Now, about the destruction of the Mothership Rexegena: John Barrow arrived soon after – he was one of the ‘Cosmic Cops’, a Leonine by name Himel. He had been sent to investigate the destruction of the Rexegena and deal with the miscreants involved.

Valérie shares a past life reminiscence from John:

(Valérie:)
He just began reminiscing, saying he had been to the Kariong hieroglyphs twice. (I don’t remember him going twice. Only once with me.) He said he remembered being there with me twice, but then when he first visited the site he said it felt familiar and that he knew he had been there before. He said he had had dreams of being there since our visit. His impression when he first saw the glyphs was that they looked so new. I, myself, marvelled on how clear and new looking the glyphs looked at that time. They seemed to be almost standing out from the wall!

John continued, “I’m not questioning the age of the drawings, some of them seem very new but some of them seem very old. I believe that they could have been written by some past race. I still believe that the ancient Egyptians were able to move anywhere on the face of the Earth in some sort of time tunnel travel, they had the knowledge of the power of crystals, but where they got it from is another matter.”

John commented that if you look at Egyptian hieroglyphs they are half animal, half man; “I just don’t think they were wearing masks, I really believe there were really bipeds – half man, half animal – dogs, cats and so forth. The Egyptians also deified cats, and I think the reason for that was that the cat people came from another planet or dimension. I have two very strong memories within me. One was when I was a very powerful entity, because I have this feeling in me now, of sovereignty. I have a sort of aristocratic attitude to people – in this dimension I am talking about – and I reckon that impacts back on something that has happened many, many lives ago. I also feel I have been involved with cat people. I have had flashes of myself in heavy leather gear, heavy leather armour, or similar material, and my head has been totally leonine, a bit like ‘beauty and the beast image’ I have seen myself in that role and I have been totally in command.”

I have had that before. It is not something new. It goes back a few years; I cannot put a finger on when the memory first started. … … “I have flashed back to other past lives as well, you know that quite well after our visit together in rural France. I feel I have some affinity with King Arthur as well. I know I have been reincarnated again and again but I don’t think I have ever been anything but a warrior’.

John is interested in researching the Knights Templar and we find we have landed smack bang in the middle of their country dating from 1028 – it could be earlier. How’s that for co-ordinated arrangements?

I am reading a book I just ‘happened’ to give John for his 80th birthday – Pirates and The Lost Templar Fleet by David Hatcher Childress. The author writes narrates (to our surprise) how the Templars had large fleets of sea-faring vessels and how they came in from La Rochelle entrance to the Charente river to Angoulême; and then to the Mediterranean sea at Coilloure taking goods and pilgrims safely across to the Holy Lands. That was how they avoided the dangerous passage travelling through the Straits of Gibraltar.

Valérie was John’s Mother

(Valérie is recalling her life as Eleanor of Aquitaine)

(excerpt from the visit to Limoges, to the Church of St Michel des Lions)

We were both overwhelmed knowing that this linked with our past life feelings experienced at the huge fort at Le Chateau near Rochefort in the Department of Aquitaine. Richard the First, also known as Richard the Lion Heart was the son of Henry II and Eleanor of Aquitaine.

Which meant in the past life I was John’s mother. John’s behaviour had not been good of late and I had felt I was chastising him like a mother to stop his tantrums. I don’t like that role. My goodness, how often we must be playing out past life scenarios even though the story is not the same in one’s present life! We have both agreed to work on healing ourselves, each other and all the people who were affected by us in the roles we had in our past lives.

Researching Richard I we discovered that he as a 16yr old was presented in ceremony to be the Duke of Aquitaine from his mother’s inheritance. In the ceremony he was given, to wear, St. Valérie’s ring – nearly a thousand years old.

I find that extraordinary, that Two Soulmates, which John and I are, should touch each other with time jumps. Eleanor was his mother who had St. Valérie in her Soul history (as she is in mine we are the same Soul) and had arranged the ring to be presented to Richard I who is in My John’s soul history.

The Avignon Papacy

The Avignon Papacy was the period from 1309 to 1376 during which seven successive popes resided in Avignon rather than in Rome. The situation arose from the conflict between the papacy and the French crown, culminating in the death of Pope Boniface VIII after his arrest and maltreatment by Philip IV of France.

Valérie and John visited Avignon in 2011, during their travels in France.

They both had a very uncomfortable experience at Avignon, particularly at the Palais des Papes (Palace of the Popes). Valérie in her past life as Pope Clement V moved the Papacy from Rome to Avignon to escape the machinations of the cardinals and King Philip the Fair (of France). John was involved as Pope Clement’s brother and was the Treasurer. Valérie and John’s recall was that of being betrayed by the French King, with the (allegedly) false agreement for the suppression of the Knights Templar. Valérie and John were delighted to learn of the exoneration of Clement V, and the apology given by Pope John Paul II. This was to bring significant, felt closure to both.

Montsegur and The Book of Love

In this lifetime, John and Valérie were brother and sister, and members of Cathars, who took refuge at the Montségur Fortress.

In 1243–44, the Cathars (a religious movement considered heretical by the Catholic Church) who had sought refuge at the Montségur fortress were besieged by 10,000 troops, in what is now known as the siege of Montségur. In March 1244, the Cathars finally surrendered and approximately 244 were burned en masse in a bonfire at the foot of the pog when they refused to renounce their faith.

In October 2011, John and Valérie visited Montsegur and climbed the mount to the very top. It was a difficult experience for them both, for it was in effect both reliving and extinguishing a past life trauma. “Upstairs” – in the person of Alcheringa, was to explain this experience and the history behind it. The Book of Love was an account of the history of human life on Earth, how the star peoples had come and performed genetic modifications on the hairy-upstanding-apes of the time. Alcheringa told that the Book of Love was a dangerous document for its times, but now Valérie and John had seen to its publication, and that was their mission. Both Valérie and John had visited Earth in earlier times as star people. Their task was to tell the story – which they have done in the many books Valérie has published.

It was at this time, that Alcheringa told John he had a strong connection to the Life of Jesus – he was one of the disciples of Jesus. In that lifetime, he was known as John, the brother of the Lord. Jesus lived in an extended family. Valérie has shared her story of the lifetime as Judith of Judea, half sister of Jesus.

During their travels in London, John was to visit many places associated with Charles Dickens, for John had Charles Dickens in his Soul Story. After the visit to the Rollright Stones that were north of Oxford at Chipping North, John was to have an experience of bi-location. A fellow visited John at breakfast in their hotel and asked him if he enjoyed the graduation the day before? John was bewildered by this question, and the fellow made reference to the large ring John was wearing. After some enquiry with Alcheringa, John was to discover that “Upstairs” had borrowed him for a particular spiritual purpose!

We know from the works and writings of Valérie Barrow that there was a mission to tell the story of humanity, how human life came to be on this planet, and the importance the spiritual teachings of the Indigenous Australians have for all humans. We are from the stars, and we belong to the Earth! John Barrow had just the same mission, in his support for Valérie and her work, his participation in that work, and his sharing of the many lives he had with Valérie – here on Earth and visiting Earth from the Stars. John was an aristocrat, a gentleman of manners, yet, very human at the same time, and shared in the ups and downs of life just as all of us do.
